India GST

Has anyone setup India GST?  We were thinking of using the withholding tax module but it doesn't seem to do the job.  We looked at Inspirria's Indian Taxation Bundle but the pricing is way to high for us.  They are charging a 8500$ installation fee and then another 800$/month for a licence with annual subscription.  I wanted to know if anyone has done it out of the box in NetSuite.
