Include "Memo" field in searches

I'm currently porting over Shopify orders using a plug-in.
The order number assigned in Shopify is ported to the "Memo" fiels of our cash sales order, and our accountant wants to be able to search using the Shopify PO.

Currently, or "memo" field isn't included in the global search, how do I change that?
