Need to filter the entity selection within an estimate

Newbie Question?

I don't know if this has been answered as I am unable to locate a post on this topic.

We wish to present a filtered customer/entity list in the drop down of the estimate form.  Our desire is to have only our customers tagged as partners show within the entity drop down.  This is the customer who is ultimately billed should a sales order result from the estimate.

Your guidance would be most appreciated.
