Move an expense from sundry debtors to Fixed Asset Register

I would like to ask if someone can point me in the right direction regarding the above, we migrated FA register into NS, however, we now need to move these from sundry debtors into Fixed Asset register, I've looked at the several pieces of information regarding 'Proposed Assets from previously proposed Transactions' ''Creating' but none of the help pages seem to be enough information to enable this required function
