FAM Module Deleted Depreciation History Restore and Repost
Hello,
We have an issue with posting of depreciation for June 2018.
This was accidentally processed as part of May's month end in which May depreciation should have been posted.
To correct this we deleted the GL journals which we posted and the depreciation history for the assets for June 18 and re-run for May. All was fine and May's fixed asset report agreed to the GL. This method of correction has been undertaken by us previously as this used to correct any depreciation errors in which the incorrect month was chosen as part of the depreciation posting from the FAM..
However this no longer appears to be the case as when we have come to June's month end we cannot post any depreciation (other than for additions in the month).
