Unexpected Error when saving Subscription record

Hey guys. Have you all had an issues getting random Unexpected Error when saving Subscription Record? This happens in both UI as well as backend via suitescript.  The error goes away when you clear your cache completely from your computer.

Anyone experiencing this?
