FAM Lease management - issues

in Accounting / ERP

HI,
I am testing the new functionality on FAM lease management and have come up against several issues which I would like advice on.... 
1) It doesn't seem possible to modify a lease once it has been created.  All of my company leases carry periodic rent reviews based on RPI/CPI which will likely increase payments and therefore change the ROU asset and liability valuations under IFRS 16 - how can I do this?
2) All of my UK leases are based on quarterly payments but the standard NS frequencies are only monthly or annually.  The quarterly-ness changes the NPV of my ROU asset and liability significantly as the leases are property related and over a long period of time (anywhere from 15 to 150 years!!).  Does anyone else have this issue?
