Importing items
Hi,
I want to upload some item data (via CSV) to update the item data
that is already stored in Netsuite. I am having trouble getting the items to update correctly.
For example:
an item with name: 'WGKS1152-008' exists in Netsuite. To update it I have a record in a CSV file with Name 'WGKS1152-008' - this results in a successful upload, but rather than updating the existing item, a new item is created with the same name.
After doing this, any further attempts to upload the same item fail, with the following error: 'The item [WGKS1152-008] is not unique.'
