LeadSourceRef error where the lead source is defined

Trying to do an import. Have set up the Lead source in NetSuite and then used that Lead source in the import sheet

Get this error for every single record yet can manually set up a lead with this lead source with no problem:

The leadSourceRef element contains an invalid reference  or the parent hierarchy is not complete. Please correct the file  and import again.  <leadSourceRef><name>41 Hospitality Bus Mgrs</name></leadSourceRef>


Assuming the reference is valid (we set it up and it is in the system), I can only assume it has something to do with
