Import child item via csv
I am trying to import 3 tiers of items via csv. I have successfull imported the grand-parent and parent items via csv, but cannot import the children. The grandparent item is state abbreviation, the parent is either "laminate" or "electronic", and the children can vary. The complete string: grandparent : parent : child results in a unique name. For example:
AK : Laminate : Set
AL : Laminate : Industry
When I try to import the children I get the following error:
"There are one or more records with the name [Laminate] in this account. The type of record must be specified in the name reference. See the Developer's Guide for more information."
