CSV Import Date Format??

Hi,

I am trying to add do an Item Update via CSV Import where we are updating the product Availability dates for our products.  I have created a custom field on each item record Type = Date.  I know I have it mapped correctly but I can't figure out how the date should be formatted??

I have tried a bunch of different ways and just can't get it to work....

Can anyone tell me what the format for the Date should be on a CSV Import?
