Item created by CVS Import have no warehouses showing

Planning to create a bunch of new Items and doing some testing of CVS import.   Using the downloaded Item Template were able to create several test items but when we go back and edit those items there are NO warehouses showing under the inventory tab.   On items created manually all the warehouses show when in edit mode.  We need to set Reorder Point Preferred Stock Level on all new items so that they will show on the order items report. 

We are running with multiple warehouses enabled and on 11.0.6. In the past we have only done updates on items via CVS not created new items so I do not know if this is a new to 11.0.6 or has been around for a while.
