Where has the "Status" field gone?
I imported a number of leads this morning, but these have been automatically categorised as "Customer Closed - WON" which is wrong, as they are unqualified leads.
I have tried to perform a Mass Update. I can search out the right records but cannot change the status.
I have also tried to run an update using the original import file and setting the "status" field in the import, but the "Status" field is not available to me.
I need these fields to be categorised as Unqualified Leads. What can I do?
