Multiple Tracking Numbers for Item Fulfill CSV Import

Is there a way to add multiple Tracking numbers to the Item Fulfill CSV Import?  Also is there a method of uploading this information without having to log into NS?

Basically we have an outside vendor that handles our shipping, and they give us a CSV file nightly that we have to manually upload into the system.  I am wondering if there is a way to use a suitescript to run and grab / process the file
