CSV Import into Custom Parent / Child Records

I am having no luck importing into a custom parent / child record structure I have setup.

The Child custom record simply references the parent custom record by way of a field with type List/Record - Parent record.

Into this field I am trying to cross reference with the Name field of the parent custom record

The problem is that when I try and import into the Child record I get the following error...

"Could not find matching record. Primary name field was not mapped or is empty."

I've even tried manually setting up a test case parent / child record in NS, exporting these to separate CSV files, deleting the records in NS and trying to re-import - only to get the same error?!
