How Do I Update Sub-Customer Records?
How Do I Update Sub-Customer Records?
The problem seems to be how to specify the Customer ID.
When I use "Parent : Child" the import fails with this error msg: "Could not find any records by this name."
I have no problem updating the Parent customer using the Customer ID. I even exported a Customer Search with the full hierarchy of the Customer ID and used it to update, but got the same error msg.
I must be missing something very obvious and simple, but I just don't see it. I've studied the Online Help and the CSV Import PDF, but I don't find any instructions or examples on how to specify Customer ID.
