CSV Item Import Rounding Problem

Just finished an Item import.  We have items where cost is .0195 (for example) and associated price fields also go out to 4 decimal places.  I just imported new prices out to 4 places and all updated prices are now only to 2 places (.02 rather than .0195).  I didn't update the Cost field but that field is also rounded to 2 places.  Is there something new with this update that I should know about?
