Conditional Mapping for CSV Import of Sales Orders

edited Dec 3, 2019 1:13PM in Account Administration 3 comments

We've been using CSV imports to create new sales orders and it has worked well for us but I've run up against a problem that NS Support wasn't able to solve so I thought I'd throw it out to the community to see if anyone faces the same issue.

We offer three basic pricing tiers to customers. We set "Price Level" in the CSV file before importing to control that. However, we've begun selling on eBay where auction ending prices vary wildly. I'd like to create a conditional mapping rule to solve this.

I'd like to add an "Override Price" field on the import file where the sales rep enters the eBay auction price for the item and have NetSuite ignore that field when blank, but update the Item's Rate when a value is present.

Howdy, Stranger!
