What is.. "value(s) for: Item Weight Unit"

I am trying to import matrix items and I am having a hell of a time! My latest attempt asks me this:
"Please enter value(s) for: Item Weight Unit"

I have 7 as the weight of each one but it is giving me the error.  I
tried adding "7lb" but that gives an error.  I clicked on the little pencil icon (in the actual import part) for this field and that is no help.  What is the import looking for in the "Item Weight" field?
