New Leads Only Import - problem

I'm not sure if it is just my environment that isn't working but the Individual field (Required) on a Leads Only Import doesn't come up with the boolean radio buttons for True or False.  It comes up with a T that I cannot change.

Does anybody else see this problem in their environment?  I can't load leads without this field being correct.  Any suggestions on what caused this?
