Invalid custitem4 reference key
I'm trying to load new items and keep getting the same error:
Invalid custitem4 reference key Required for all employers.
The Import Type is Items and the Record Type is Other Charge Item for Purchase. As these are new items, I'm using the Item Name/Number as the reference field. There is no parent relationship.
Can anyone tell me what this error means and what I'm doing wrong?
