Maybe I am looking without my glasses but can someone help me with an example file for importing new Sales Orders in Netsuite using the csv import.

We are about to send 200 sample packages (so 200 sales orders) and it saves us a lot of time if we can just import these Sales Orders and then fullfill these Sales Orders with an CSV import.
