Adding Contacts to Customers
Hi,
I would like to add new contacts to existing customers.
When I'm using: "Contacts only" - it seems like I need to match the exact company name, in our case:
if our ID is "C1001" and the name is: "XYZ, Inc" then I must specify:
"C1001 XYZ, Inc." in the mapping to Company field for it to work...
The above is a pain... why can't I choose Internal or External ID of the customer and it will link the contact to it?

If I use "Customers with Contacts" - It errors with:
"Please enter value for: Company" - I don't want to include company, it's already in the system, I just want to add the contact info...
