Importing Support Cases activates Territory

Is there any way to keep csv imported cases form triggering the territories? I am trying to import a bunch of historical (closed) cases and I need to keep the assigned to field the same as the legacy system these are coming from.


I would hate to have to inactivate all the territories before we import.
