Importing to custom field referencing Employee list
I recently altered a free form text field to be a List/Record type that references the Employee list. I exported the existing values prior to the change, and am now trying to import the values back to the same field.
The import shows successful, but the field is not updated. I have tried with the 'Employee ID' which is the name of the employee and with the 'Internal ID' of the Employee record, neither were successful. I have triple checked my mapping, the permissions on the field level, and verified the field display type on the form I am utilizing for the import. Any ideas on how I can get this information back into the system or if there is something I have overlooked?
