CSV Error Import Price Level & Price Group

Hi there - New to NetSuite, only 6 weeks in and still fine tuning a number of things. Today, I am trying to import our customers' price level by price group.

My upload template has 3 columns: Customer Internal ID, Price Level, Price Group.  I am uploading through Relationships > Customers Only

I am receiving the following error: Pricing group must be unique

Also looking for guidance how to upload vendor cost by item. I have item code, vendor name, vendor ID, vendor cost. What import type / import record do I use?
