CSV import of custom fields on Sales order. No Error but No Update neither
Hi all,
First hope, you having a great day and thank you for your help.
I am facing a weird situation today, I am trying to update some custom fields on a sales order (main).
The fields are all set to normal but set to disabled on all Forms. To avoid any issue i am using the standard form to match the fields on the import.
When i launch the import, my result is successful (all records updated). Nevertheless, when i go to the records nothing has been updated.
Thanks to the system notes i can see that the import did update another useless field (example new Check box which is now filed with F).
