Weekly Time Tracking vs Track Time

In the past I've been able to enter my time under "Weekly Time Tracking" and see all my past entries, however since the new version, none of the past entries are showing up, and in order to see what I've done in the past weeks I have to go to "Track Time" or under "Approve Time".  Any suggestions to turn this feature back on again?
