Locations, Departments, and Timesheets.

Problem:  our technicians use timesheets to report billable time. When doing so they often choose Departments and Locations that are not the same as the Department and Location setting for the customer that we are billing.  Obviously this is a problem, which requires a lot of time to correct manually.

Is there any way to have time sheets auto-populate the Department, Class, and Location fields with the data from the Customer/Job that the tech inputs when creating his timesheet?
