Vendor Payment CSV Import error

Hi,

I'm trying to import a vendor payment csv file but keep getting an error:

'Unable to find a matching line for sublist apply with key: [doc,line].'

I've checked to see if any of the bills in the import file are already paid but they're not. Any ideas how to overcome this issue?
