Anyone used TimeClock Plus with Netsuite?

Has anyone has had good or bad experiences with the solution?

How would you prepare files for the Auto-Import Module?

It seems like the files cannot be in Netsuite so they'd be exported via saved search, the file extension would be changed, and then the files would be plopped elsewhere so the Auto-Import Module can grab them.
