Time not displaying under employee

Yesterday, I noticed that the "Time" subtab on the employee screen does not work.  I just got 2008.2 on Friday... I'm assuming that's not a coincidence.

If I pick the Time subtab, it does the Ajax "Loading" thing for a second or two, then returns a red X icon and the message "An unexpected error has occurred."

It seems not to matter which employee I select and it also happens whether I have the employee record in "view" or "edit" mode.

Am I the only one seeing this behavior?
