Rejecting Time
Could someone please advise on if they have a solution for rejecting timecards?
We will occasionally have people incorrectly charge time to a project. In our current system we can reject the entry and it is returned to the user for editing and resubmission (if appropriate).
I could create a custom field that says reject, but then what? I dont understand what the ootb solution is- are you supposed to isolate a specific time card and call the employee and tell them its no good and go find that time card and change it?
