Change Unbiled time to billed

We no longer use Netsuite for creating invoices, but still currently enter chargeable time.  I need to be able to export the time records that are chargeable and the import to set the status of each record to billed.
Has anyone done this?

From what I can see, mass update and time import do not present the status field which is what I need to change.
