Multiple Timesheets for a Single Vendor
We have situations where our vendors have multiple people that work on our projects. The Vendor Center supports a single timesheet for each vendor record. This works fine for one individual --> one vendor. However, we need to get a timesheet for multiple individuals that work for a single vendor.
With a single vendor, we can then have our invoice procedures match our relationship with that vendor. Example:
Vendor: ABC Staffing Co.
Individuals
1) Bob
2) Tim
3) Joe
We need timesheets for Bob, Tim and Joe, but we want a single invoice from the ABC Staffing Co. because we hired Bob, Tim and Joe through that agency.
