Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Customizing the Time Tracking pop-up
We would like to start using the track time tab on the cases form. When we select the duration field a pop-up comes up showing these buttons:
Submit, Cancel, Start, Pause and Stop
We would like to remove the Pause button from the Time pop-up window.
Does anyone know if that is possible?
