Allocation of hourly costs to GL

Our employees keep time sheets, they have a labor cost, and I would like to have NS book an allocation based on the category entered. 

For example an employee with a $50/hour rate worked on warranty work for 4 hours, internal training for 2 hours, and 2 hours for an employee meeting. 

Would like 4*50 to go to this GL account, 2*50 to go to another GL account, and the final two hours in sales to go somewhere else. 

Currently we dump all of the time for all employees into Excel and do journal entries to move it. 

As their time might be used across different departments, or locations this would be ideal.
