how best to track salesmen time on sales activities?
Afternoon, All,
I searched the User Group & found only a couple half-related posts. I wanted to post here to see if any one had an effective way for us to track the time that salespeople spend on their activities? What I mean by that is would they post 30 minutes for an appointment with a Lead? And then post another 60 minutes for a lunch with that Lead in order to convert them in to a Prospect? And then another 1 hour to do some research on that Prospects behalf to get to the point where we could write a Proposal?
