Utilized % Report

The out of the box report "Actual Utilization by Resource" Report is a pretty good report but I need a slight tweak to the Utilization % formula that doesn't appear to be an option when customizing.  I need the formula to = Utilized hours/Net Available Hours.  What the report shows today is Actual Hours/Net Available which combines Utilized + Productive time.  I need to removed the Productive time to show a more standard Billable %.

Please advise.
