Permissions - Restricting offsite login?

Is there a way we can prevent certain users (in this case all but admins) from logging on from the web from offsite?

We have a large number of temporary staff who enter customer credit card details. It worries me slightly that they can login from home and see all those details, but I can't see any options to restrict logons by IP ranges, etc.
