W-2s posted to employee center

Our company has over 200 W-2s to send by mail next month.  Is there any way we can post them to the employee center, send an email with a link to the EC to employees, and have them help themselves?

And in regards to direct deposit of paychecks, has anyone programmed an email to go out on pay day reminding employees that they have been paid and to log into the EC to view your pay stub?
