Enable "Grab" button for Employees using an Advanced Partner Center Role

Hi Folks,

   Is there a way to enable the "grab" button on cases for user using APC roles within NetSuite? I have tried just about everything but can only get it working for users with Full Licenses. Thanks in advance for any information!
