Setting up payroll

Hi,

we're a small company (under 5 employees) and I'm trying to setup payroll, but some of the documentation is a little lacking.

What is the "gross pay account"? the 1 sentence help of "Gross Pay – Select the general ledger account you want to use for your gross pay. " isn't too helpful (something about using the word within the definition comes to mind :-)

If anyone is up for some consulting time, I'd love to have someone get in there for 30 minutes or so and help get it set up for us.
