Payroll Account

Hello!

We use basic payroll.  What is governing the account selection in the reprinting of paychecks in bulk (transactions>management>print checks and forms>paychecks).  We were able to run a payroll with one account but that account does not appear in the available drop down list from this function.

Insight as soon as possible is appreciate.
