Created payroll with wrong Period Ending Date
FYI: When creating the first payroll for 2008 the controller entered 12/30 for the Period Ending Date and let the NetSuite program finish the date, making it 12/30/08 instead of the intended date of 12/30/07. Well, the controller did not catch the mistake until the next pay period when he was unable to pay anyone because the current Pay Period Ending Date of 1/6/08 was prior to the last Period Ending Date of 12/30/08. Fortunately, if you have only a few employees, there is an easy fix, just modify the Last Paid Date in the Employee record under the Payroll
