FilingStatus/Withholding changes

in SuitePeople US Payroll

Hello!

We are trying to input old payroll from the beginning of the year.  There have been a few employees that have changes to their withholdng info.  The system seems to capture the change date as an effective date (therefore real time).  Is there a way of editing this date so that we can have an employee paid with, for example, a single filing status through 1/26/07, a married status as of 1/26.  Ideally we want to edit the effective date but I don't see where we can do this.
