Sorting invoice list by invoice number

It seems when I sort my invoice list by invoice number that netsuite sorts invoice that are numbered as alpha characters would be sorted, so they list as follows

109
110
120
130
140
150
160
170
180
190
111
112

I guess I should request an enhancement to sort numbers as numbers?  Or am I missing something?
