Customer Payments Online

I signed up for the merchant account services through NetSuite and I have enabled all the features needed for online customer payments, but I can't find how customers actually pay their invoices online. How do customers find their invoices online to pay? Is there a way that I can include a link on their emailed invoices to make payments?
