Orders from Webstore not sourcing custom fields

Hi,

This may be quite a basic question - I'm not too familar with the web store side of things and need some help...

In the Sales Order form, I have a custom column field that sources data from the Item record. This works well when an Order is entered directly into NetSuite.  However, for orders coming from the webstore, this custom field does not get sourced.  How do I make this work?
