Calculating Finance Charges...

I had sent this as a case to Netsuite in October and the case has not even been started yet.  Any insight into this issue??

"When finance charges are being calculated on US customers the calculation looks like it is taking the CDN converted amount and calculating the finance charge based on that and than converting the charge again. It should be taking the customers balance in US dollars and calculating the finance charge and than converting it."
